May has been a very busy and eventful month for staffs and students at the Department. We had a briefing on Industrial Training on May 3rd in collaboration with PSYCSTA. A collegiality enhancement session was held for staffs on May 4th. Our re-branded Psychology Centre (PC)- formerly the Psychology Services Unit - has also launched poster campaign to promote its services.
In conjunction with the religious Ramadan month, we had the opportunity to hear from guest speaker Prof. Dr. Khairul Anwar Mastor from Center for Liberal Studies (CITRA), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, who presented on Piety as Both Consequences and Mediator for Desirable Behaviour During Ramadan Fasting: Empirical Evidence Using HLM Analyses. And of course, May 18th marked the completion of the semester with only exams to face (for students) and markings to do (for staffs).
The Department wishes all students the very best for the exams and to everyone, an enjoyable and safe Eid holidays and semester break. Semester 3, 2017/2018 session resumes on July 2nd, 2018.
