The Department organised two events during the short semester. First, the Academic Assessment Committee hosted a workshop on Academic Assessments on Friday August 23rd, 2019, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, focusing on the philosophy of academic assessments, techniques on designing effective exam questions and marking schemes, and discussion on blueprint of course assessments. This is followed by One-day Research Seminar on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM coordinated by the Research, Seminar, and Publication Committee. This seminar was held under the KIRKHS Scholarship Advancement Project (SAP) 2019 where Everyone Writes, Presents, and Publishes. Both events were conducted at the Ibn Al-Qayyim Psychoeducational Room.
