We are delighted to announce that our Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology (MIOP) Programme is now accepting applications.
The MIOP programme is a specialised field in Psychology that aims to produce graduates with scientific, comprehensive, applied, and integrated knowledge skills and attitudes to become researchers, teachers/trainers, and/or consultants/practitioners in Industrial and Organisational Psychology who consider Islamic, Malaysian, and international perspectives. This MQF Level 7 programme will expose the scientist-practitioners-to-be on the essence of psychology of work, occupation, career, employment, organisation, ergonomics, occupational health, management and business – focusing on both employees work performance and well- being.
