Two candidates have successfully defended their PhD and Master (by Research) proposals on April 3rd, 2021 and May 21st, 2021 respectively. Well done on passing the defense to Noraini Abdul Hamid Abdul Wahab who will carry out her PhD project on the effectiveness, experiences, acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy integrated with Al-Ghazali's psychology of self for Malay Muslims with psychological distress in Singapore and to Nur Raihan Muhd Fauzi for her proposal on young children, parents, and mobile device use in home environment during COVID-19.
Another session will be held for Ega Asnatasia Maharani, PhD candidate on June 10th, where she will be defending her proposal on the influence of mindfulness-based intervention on teachers’ stress and psychological wellbeing in rural Indonesia.
