Students at the Department have participated in various inbound and outbound mobility programmes such as semester long exchanges or short-term study tours as early as in 2012, and perhaps even earlier. We have had students from Liberal Arts College Minnesota, USA who spent one semester at the Department in 2012/2013, among others. Meanwhile, for outbound programmes, our students have participated in educational study trips to Prince of Songkhla University, Srinakharinwirot University, and Chulalongkorn University in 2013, as well as to Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia in 2014. Since 2015/2016, Turkey seems to have drawn a steady stream of our students to do their exchange programmes there either through the Global Exchange Programme or Erasmus+ Student Mobility Programme.
Continuing this initiative, five students from the Department joined the Global Exchange Programme this year and continued their Psychology lessons at the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University, Istanbul, Turkey for five months. The following video shares some takeaways of their experiences there.
