The 17th International Postgraduate Research Colloquium (IPRC) was successfully held virtually on February 3rd, 2021. With the theme “Sustaining Psychosocial Well-Being during COVID-19 Pandemic: Unlocking Indigenous Knowledge for Research and Practice”, this year's colloquium consisted of student presentations with feedback given by academics from the Department of Psychology, IIUM. The keynote was given by our very own Professor Dr Shukran Abdul Rahman on the topic “Mobilising Social and Behavioural Scientists in Managing Psychosocial Issues During COVID-19 Pandemic”.
The colloquium was free for all attendees, and was made possible through the long-standing collaboration between Department of Psychology, IIUM and our university partners, i.e., Behavioural Science Research Institute (BSRI), Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand, Universitas Islam Indonesia, and Mercu Buana University, Indonesia.
The event was a great success with over 100 attendees, with many activities agreed among the universities. Kudos to all Departmental members, students, and IIUM Nafastari Dance Club (INDC) who have contributed towards the success of the event.

We look forward to participating in the 18th IPRC, which will be hosted by BSRI soon.
