Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

Alhamdu lillah, alhamdu lillah. Yesterday we had our second Kulliyyah walking event organized by the Kulliyyah Sejahtera Council (KSC). This time the walk was titled "Walk for Reflection"'. Led by YBhg Ustaz Dato Hamidon, a very energetic senior member of the Kulliyyah, we started the event with an appreciation note by the respected Dean and a quick tazkirah on the Qur'anic verse, Al-Anbiya', 21:30, regarding the creation of every living thing from water. Indeed, something we need to reflect upon, not just the water part, most importantly the belief part.

After a short warm-up session, off we went, about 20 plus of us, walking, chatting/discussing, zikr, some episodes of 'brisk walking', learning about cobweb, boar prints, and some history lessons. Alhamdu lillah, we managed to complete about 4300 steps during that 30-minute walk. Yeay! Alhamdu lillah! The event ended with breakfast potluck session. Alhamdu lillah.

Below are some pictures I managed to capture during the 'rejuvenating' event. The bunga raya photos are from the 'therapy garden' in the making by the Greenfingers team. (Anyone wants to contribute to the garden project?) Subhanallah! IIUM certainly has very scenic views.

Looking forward to more great company, more tazkirah, more reflections, more beautiful photos in the next walk, Insyaa Allah in 2 weeks’ time.
